Join us Thursday, September 10th from 6:00PM - 9:00PM at the Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown, PA as we remember lives lost to substance use disorder and bring hope to those working towards long term recovery. Our special guest and keynote speaker is Tony Luke, Jr.
This free event will feature music, fellowship, prepackaged refreshments, speakers, and a luminary ceremony.
The event is outdoors, rain or shine. Social distancing and masks required.
Staff and volunteers from PRO-ACT and the Montgomery County Recovery Community Center continue to offer a variety of recovery support programs via Zoom.

Brave College Alum on Good Morning, America!
Brave Alum Mallory Gothelf talks with Good Morning, America on ABC about how she creates care packages for those with mental health issues.
Mallory shared her story on stage in 2019 for This Is My Brave - Boston - College Edition.
We will be filming in Houston, TX; St. Louis, MO; Washington, D.C.; New Hampshire; and Hampton Roads, VA.
Registration is free, but donations are greatly appreciated to help us continue shining a light on mental illness. Registration will open in September 2020.

This Is My Brave is in search of a singer/songwriter to create an upbeat, original theme song for the organization. This song has the potential to be the opening song to our storytelling shows, just as the Sara Bareilles song "Brave" was our unofficial theme song for the past 6 years. It needs to be as inspiring, uplifting, and powerful as our storytellers, full of the hopeful message that recovery is possible and you are never alone.
