9 of 12 💫 How To Find Stillness In The Chaos

Happy Friday everyone!
This week in our weekly check-in, I asked what type of grounding techniques you all use in times of chaos.
When we're living in times of uncertainty, fear can be the first thing to creep in. We begin to worry about the future or live in the past. In many of your answers, I felt much gratitude, and peace, found may ways to stay in the present moment and just "be."
If you didn't answer be sure to do so, here.
Enjoy the rest of this week's wrap up.

Recovery Coaching

In yesterday's Recovery Coaching, we helped Liz and Bennett. Struggling with fear, old negative belief systems have crept back into play, creating the feeling of not being enough for Liz. After getting sober, Bennett is looking to break old habits and create new systems that will change his thinking to create a better life.
Check out the replay, here. And don't miss next week's call on Wednesday at 5 PM EST.

Guided Meditation

When the outer world is chaotic, it can be a challenge to our internal world. A meditation practice vital in order to stay centered. While it allows us to be present, it helps us create a productive way to move in turmoil within our family and our community.
Check out this week's guided meditation to help in times of chaos, here.

Roundtable Discussions

I've heard such good discussions in our morning Roundtable Check-Ins and nightly meetings as you all inspire and bring me hope. If you haven't been to one of our support groups in the morning or the evening, be sure to check out the schedule, here.
