Roots to Recovery Scholarship for Mental Health Awareness Month.

As the world is going through difficult times of the COVID-19 era, people’s lives have been turned upside down and many are struggling with their mental health.  Nearly 450 million people worldwide are currently living with a mental illness, but only a third of them ever get the treatment they need. That is why Banyan Treatment Centers want to give an individual the opportunity to enter the 30-day program free of charge; a chance for he or she to have a healthy life.

Support those in early recovery in a simple way, by riding your bicycle.
Join us in supporting this year's fundraising event for Pedal4Life. In lieu of the global pandemic, this year we have decided to make it a virtual ride for all to join.

Pedal4Life provides a bicycling program to those in early recovery where they learn life skills, bike safety, how to change a flat tire, enjoy rides, and ultimately are awarded a bike of their own. Banyan's patients have been among the beneficiaries. For more information, click here.

Giving Tuesday is Now!

Giving Tuesday Now is Today Due to Pandemic

Dear Friends,

Throughout the pandemic, heroes have emerged on the front lines to care for the sick and displaced. There has been a rise in kindness - neighbors helping neighbors, strangers helping strangers, churches and charities feeding the multitudes, as well as creative ways to communicate the truth that we genuinely care for each other in this nation and around the world.

Acts of genuine love during the coronavirus crisis are providing uplifting moments of happiness and relief to a world full of anxiety and fear. The impact of giving to one another seems to be deeper and go farther right now. The ripple effect of these genuine acts of kindness for one another cannot be calculated this side of Heaven.

Today is #GivingTuesdayNow (the global day of giving that has been moved up this year due to the pandemic) and my heart fills with hope and expectation - hope that you will give generously to those in need - hope that you will know just how grateful nonprofits are to be receiving much needed help today - hope that you will know how very grateful I am for those precious ones who help The Lovelady Center.

Please know we keep you in our prayers and appreciate all that you do!

In His Service,

Brenda Lovelady Spahn

Dear Joseph,
we are here for you
As a champion of our mission, you care deeply for the families we serve. Today is #GivingTuesdayNow, an urgent day of global giving and unity in response to the unprecedented need surrounding the pandemic.
This is a unique opportunity to help us provide uninterrupted services during this unparalleled threat.
Since the COVID-19 crisis began, the dynamics of addiction have changed, requiring us to significantly expand our programming. We have had to move quickly to increase our capacity and resources to meet the needs of families facing even greater challenges. Our work cannot hit pause, even for a minute.
Please help us support families by making a donation today. A gift of just $100 allows us to connect to four loving parents, providing them with solutions and an action plan to help their families heal. Your support, in any amount, ensures we can continue to meet the demand for our vital remote support services, such as one-on-one parent coaching, online support communities and helpline.
DONATE NOW

Help us give families the care and tools they need to navigate this crisis.
Warm Regards,
Creighton Drury Signature
