What's Happened This July at Sunday Breakfast

July Fourth at the Mission.

We celebrated July Fourth at the Mission with a barbeque for our guests, complete with delicious ribs, burgers, dogs, and games. At Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission, we strive to meet the basic needs of our guests and provide a sense of normalcy and community by hosting special Sunday Breakfast cookouts and barbeques to celebrate holidays and special occasions. Through your continued support, we have been able to celebrate these special occasions with all our guests all throughout the year. We thank you for your support of the Mission as we work together to help those in need!

Get Involved with Sunday Breakfast

At Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission, we rely on the dedication and support from our volunteers. Throughout the year we have kept a close eye on Covid-19 and followed all directives from city and state officials.
We are now in our Green Phase 2 for allowing volunteers back into the Mission! We are increasing individual volunteer capacity and opening up group volunteer opportunities.
We're excited to welcome you back to the Mission!

Summer #MatchforMatch

Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission relies on donations to provide a safe shelter from the heat and meals to everyone who comes to the Mission seeking help during the summer. However, during the summer we see a decrease in donations to help serve those in need.
To continue to help serve the homeless this summer we are running our Summer #MatchForMatch fundraiser. During the month of July, donations made during this month will be matched, up to $25,000. So every $1 you donate this month, will turn to $2.
Any amount will help us continue to provide a safe shelter and meals to anyone in need during these hot summer months.

Adding Psychotherapy Groups to Your Practice.

Join Us!
Wed. July 28th
12pm - 1pm MT
Cost: Free
1 CEU Offered
Overview:

As the past President of Four Corners Group Psychotherapy Society, one of the most common things that I hear is "how do you get a group off of the ground!?" So many clinicians have aspirations to add a group to their practice but hit a wall when it's time to start marketing it, or, they start a group only to see it fizzle and die a few months later! In most cases what is lacking is not the creativity of the therapist but a clear marketing plan and integration of the group into the business model of their practice. In this workshop, you'll not only learn how to create a marketing plan for your psychotherapy group but you'll leave feeling more confident in your growing identity as a Group Psychotherapist.

Participants Will:

  • Embrace your identity as a group psychotherapist
  • Develop 2 or 3 ideas for psychotherapy groups
  • Implement a clear marketing plan for your groups

Presenter:
Marc Azoulay, LPC, LAC, CGP, ACS
Psychotherapist
Marc is a psychotherapist in private practice in Boulder, CO, and the past President of the Four Corners Group Psychotherapy Society. He helps clients that have a harmful relationship to their inherent aggression or who are stuck in the pain of their repetition compulsions. Many of his clients struggle with addiction, anxiety, and self-sabotage. Marc helps people uncover and destroy the unconscious barriers that cripple them by using a blend of Modern Psychoanalytic and Contemplative Psychotherapy. His therapeutic style can best be described as irreverent with surprising moments of profound depth.
