Let It Go
What have you released from your life since entering recovery? What are you still holding on to? What positive things have filled the space created? This weekend will be an exploration of how to let go of that which no longer serves us and how to expand and grow healthfully into our new selves.

Level of Recovery 2 - Discarding Negativity

Statement 2 - Negative thoughts destroy only myself.
Statement 4 - Problems bother me only to the degree I permit.
Statement 9 - The past is gone forever.

TAKE ACTION
Capitol and Flag
The Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) 2.0 has been introduced in the Senate. The bill proposes an additional $1 billion in funding for critical programs in addition to providing a 3-day limit on opioid prescriptions for acute pain.

We support adding a provision to CARA that would create a dedicated funding stream for family support programs throughout the United States. We know that family support programs and services, which are so vital when seeking recovery from addiction, are in short supply due to lack of funding. Please encourage your Senators to co-sponsor CARA 2.0 with the inclusion of early intervention resources for families.
Email your Senators today to co-sponsor CARA 2.0
