Avoiding Triggers and Relapse
During the Holidays for Sober Moms

Dear Joseph,

I hope you are enjoying your holidays and you've been able to stay somewhat sane. For many years in my sobriety, I struggled to stay sober during the holidays. I was so stressed out, and everywhere I went alcohol was freely flowing. Trying not to turn to alcohol to get some relief from the chaos seemed impossible. I've written another blog with tips to help any sober mom who may be struggling. If you are a sober mom or know any sober moms, I hope you find this helpful.

Wishing you a Happy and Peaceful Holiday,

Rosemary
