Executive Keynote Presentation Spotlight

Mission vs. Margin

Supported by: C4 Recovery Foundation

Mission vs. Margin is an important concept that requires sophisticated thinking that moves beyond financial collateral and purpose statements. As the treatment industry faces the very public challenge presented by the opioid crisis, executives and clinical leaders will be faced with the challenge of navigating a myriad of difficult situations that impact both their organization’s financial margin and their mission of providing high-quality healthcare services. This interactive discussion between a CEO and a Vice President of Clinical Services focuses on the daily challenges of providing the complex and costly clinical needs of the patient and the corresponding challenges the organization faces to maintain a profit structure. The sustainability of the organization is the very real struggle to maintain your pledged “mission” versus the need to create profit “margin.” Real-life challenges and resolutions will be discussed.

1-9-18 TWELVE STEPPING WITH SPIRITUAL SUPPORT FROM SCRIPTURE

Psalm 34 v 18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; He rescues those whose spirits are crushed.

Step 2 - Came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity. (Philippians 2:13 "For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.")

Broken is the place where we can be found! Crushed and broken awakens our Spirit and opens our minds! Our ways thoughts and actions have put us in this painful position and Thank God He allows us to try and do life the way we want. When the pain gets to be too much and you just can't keep going, PRAY!God can and He will pick you up brush you off and clean up the mess you have made. Your heart is full of pain and it's going to take Gods help to clean it out.Pain has got to be removed so he can fill it with His peace love strength and joy. So when the day comes and it will, Step 1 and Step 2 are the beginning of a brand new you. Transform you is what He is going to do and that is way beyond recovery, that deliverance from never to return to you once was!

Time is running out to donate this year. Adult and Teen Challenge exists because of caring people who are willing to give to help others find freedom from their addictions.

Why Give?

We've got 3,309 reasons to give! That's how many students have completed Adult and Teen Challenge this year!

The year may be coming to an end, but addiction doesn't take a holiday. Each day, men, women and adolescents in the grip of life-controlling addictions struggle in their own personal bondage. Many can't break their chains alone. They need your generosity to help them find hope for a new life, drug-free.

Your year-end gift will provide Christian based addiction recovery programs that work! Men, women and teens will be able to find freedom from their addictions next year because of your generosity!

My life was changed at Adult and Teen Challenge
There's not much time left if you want a tax-deductible donation for this year. Please make your donation before midnight to qualify for 2017 receipts. Blessings to you, and Happy New Year!
