Step 10: Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.

Un-forgiveness is a poison we drink expecting the other person to die. It does not get any clearer than that ! You have come a long way and one of the best ways of avoiding relapse is keeping the peace in your life.Step ten is designed to do just that. If you have to question your behavior and a response in a altercation find a place to calm down say a prayer and then go and make it right even if your not sure you are the one in the wrong.Your recovery is the most important thing in your life and losing your cool and sobriety because of some idiot is not worth it.

  1. The old "I'll show you. I'll kill me" delema. I've learned the hard way that carrying any type of annamosity is very harmful not only to those of us in recovery but to all of humanity.
